By far the worst service experience I have had at a service departmentI scheduled an appointment for 12:a few days in advance and ended up dropping the car off around 12:I waited in the waiting room for a few minutes and another customer came up to me and asked if I was there for service, to which to she told me to double check everything that I was doing on the car and if I still had the chance to take it elsewhereI left the car there regardless because not everyone will always be satisfied and remained optimisticWhen I dropped the car off the service writer asked if I wanted to get the car washed and said sure since I was leaving it there for a few hoursI left it there for the oil change, tire rotation, and now a washWhen I pulled up at 5:I saw my car sitting outside not only dirty but the tires untouchedI looked at the service ticket when I got home and confirmed no tire rotation was done and the service notifications were not restarted eitherI will definitely be taking it to another dealership and will not be returning there, such a simple job and they can't even get that rightNot recommended
