I returned a item with the proper rma number I recieved and its been 2 weeks and still recieved no refund. I have sent several emails with no response I have made phone calls only told that they moved warehouses and they have to find it. I provided the ups reciept with date time and the employer who signed for it and were it was left but yet I still cant get a refund.
We are in the process of relocating our entire operation with very limited staff due to Covid-19. We have absolutely no problem refunding the customer. During the move we've had new phone systems and networks installed and regrettably, we have not been as responsive as we normally are. Mr. Charles Miller will see a credit to his credit card asap.
