The vehicle in Mr***'s complaint was just traded for and had not been cleaned up or inspected and certified yet through our service departmentMr*** knew this at the time of sale and purchased the vehicle "As Is"Please see attachmentWe strive to take care of all of our customers

The business is correct that I signed for the vehicle as isHowever, that is absolutely with the assumption that they were selling me a car that had been certifiedWhen the salesoerson sold me the vehicle, he told me the vehicle had been certified, so I believed him and signed for the vehicle AS IS, with the understanding that they sold me a car that they had been certified I was only told the car was certifiedThough I did sign for the car as is, I did not sign anything acknowledging that the car had not been certified I was lied to by the businessNow I have a vehicle with serious issuesWhen they had me sign as is, they told me that I'm signing for the current condition of the car, which they told me had been certified This dealership is only supposed to sell certified used or new vehiclesIf someone signs as is, obviously the vehicle is certifiedIts common sense law However, in this case, the vehicle was not certified, as the dealership noted in their response, and yet they still chose to sell it to me and chose to tell me it was certified. They have made no action to resolve the issue or take ownership for what happened.
