I was overcharged by $at this businessThey acted like they did not know how to credit back on my card After months of hounding them to refund my money, they sent me a check for the amountWhen we cashed the check, the check bounced and now they will not return calls to me or my wife

This matter was resolved with the group leader on the day of arrival
the care taker as she refer to is just a part time employee that watches the propertyand the Owner did go down and talk with the group leader and she stated she was fine
with it and understoodand further more the building is up to code or we would have not passed health inspectionand yes renovations are being done but they are all up grades
No money will be refunded due to cancellation policy and talking with group leader

I rented rafts July 16, and at first we were given the wrong onesAfter receiving the correct ones, one was missing a bench and after getting on the river rafts had holes and were taking in waterAnother raft's bench deflated and life jacks were not providedAlso, the restrooms were filthy with feces all over the floor.We spoke to someone about the issues and was told you knew of the problems before handI have called requesting a refund, but no one has called back

If the rafts are ever missing a bench and it will never harm them and they are always told beforehandThe only time they are missing benches is when it’s left out on purpose for cooler spaceWe have self-bailing rafts which means they are made for water so they will take on and release water so
it’s possible she had one of theseEvery customer is told to inspect their raft beforehand to let us know of issues so it can be handled at that timeLife jackets are always provided if each person is asked if they would like them or boat cushionsWe have 11,life jackets so we have plenty to provideWe always make sure by law that they are provided with some kind of emergency floatation deviceOur restrooms are cleaned on an hourly basis and if any complaint came to us, we would attend to it immediatelyWe do not give refunds on floatingIf there would have been any major issue I would have been told about it because I am the general manager and I have never heard any kind of issue with this consumer Therefore, no money is refunded
