I have spent over $on Led Rope Lights with Bird Dog and every strand has caught on fire or has sections out , some with in a week or two after installing
Their internet ad offered 2-wire green "chasing rope lights"I ordered rollsReceived Thurs Nov 10thPlugged them in and they did not chase, just a solid lightI called customer service and they said you have to buy a "controller" for an additional $to make them workI said that's not what your ad saidHe agreed and said if I am not satisfied I can return the productHe would forward me a return authorization via e-mailOn Monday Nov 14th I received a "rate the product " email from BirddogI responded to their request and gave them a star and said I purchased chasing lights and they failed to supplyThey wanted $more to make them chasingOn Tuesday Nov 15th I received an email from [redacted] stating that their policy did not allow for a return of clearance items and he cited company policyAdditionally he chastised me for writing my review stating "Writing a negative review in regards to something that was clearly a lack of responsibility on your part seems
