I ordered a bird cage online at the website. Received one email notifying me of order. I had to change my credit card since it had been "hacked". I have tried to email ,call, several times, and even sent a message on Facebook. I have not received any update or any communication from them. I have become concerned because a customer review on Facebook stated that they never got their order or any response when she tried to contact them..
We have refunded the amount. We use Stripe as our payment processor, so if anything was hacked it would have been through them. We don't store or ever receive your credit card information. In the end they were refunded and we haven't heard anything else from them.
