My bank manager [redacted] from the Bank of Mead [redacted] called the customer service number [redacted] on the statement, they confirmed the merchant # was [redacted] they also said the account has been closed and the reference number [redacted] does not exist in their system. It was suggested by Merchant Services that [redacted] call [redacted] and ask why the 52.94 has not been released to my account. They can and will do a conference call to my # [redacted].My banker suggests that she possibly still owes those charge backs to Merchant Services and that it was kind of strange the way she cut off the corners of the Merchant Services chargeback transaction statement in the photo.
we have contacted our credit card and they should be in contact with this company as of now. They have confermed that their was never a refund given to us from this company.
She was refunded the money on the 17th of June by my processor. The desk was trying to find a shipper since it had to go by freight and we do not normally have that capability see photo attached

How much is the fee from the credo card company that processsed our punts
