It was not brought to our attention that the unit had bed bugs until *** moved in.? Pest Control informed us that it was a problem that the previous resident had to have had for a long time.? We removed the beds and the couches.? Tenants were made aware of this ahead of time and
informed that they would receive new beds and couches after the treatment had been taken care of at no cost to them.? ? The A/C leak was not brought to our attention until *** moved in as well.? The A/C had been leaking for a long time and was never reported by the current tenants.? As soon as it was reported the problem was taken care of ? We could not provide the tenants with temporary housing in this situation because of the risk of spreading the bugs to another unit.? This was explained to *** in advance and he understood and was accepting of the matter ? ? Thanks, *** *** Property Manager
