I have never submitted an online review for a company before but this online service is the worst I have dealt withThey fool you with low prices then add ridiculous shipping charges (50% of the total cost of the order or more) then if you cancel the order they then charge you a fee for issuing a refund on items they never packed or shippedIn addition, their customer service is incredibly rude and very misleading

Customer wanted replacement , but do not want to wait for replacement perch. Refunded full on August. And never returned damaged perch.
