I am concerned about the problem about the credit card When the customer checked in our system, it only showed one reservation under his name on our reservation list My desk clerk showed the customer the reservation list on the system, so can find the other reservation But the problem was that, there was only one reservation under his name The customer insisted wanting two rooms so my desk clerk did what she had to do and she had to charge them for another room because the reservation for the other room wasn’t showing in the system After I received the complaint, I called the Expedia to see what went wrong The Expedia assistance told me that this person name [redacted] ***, he had reserved two rooms [redacted] reserved one room under his room and reserved the second one under the name [redacted] , but the quest doesn’t know anything about [redacted] We can give them a refund, but we don’t have any credit card information, so can you please call them and tell them so contact me on this toll free number, ###-###-#### Thank You, [redacted] ***
