Review: I purchased a sterling silver locket for my daughter's 30th birthdayThey were able to get it to me overnightedI paid for priority overnight, but the package came standardI know this because I deal with Federal Express daily and know the pricesWhen I gave my daughter the locket she had it for ONLY maybe weeksThe locket was all scratched up and it wouldn't snap tightBiris told me that that is how the locket looks even if you wear it with other necklacesShe only wore it maybe timesI have had sterling lockets before that never looked as bad as this oneThe owner told me that this was all my faultI told her that this particular piece was junk and she said that she would do nothing about itI was lividI paid over $dollars for this and it looked like trashI expected them to stand behind their product and at least offer me another locketShe wouldn't do it because she said it was our faultThere was NO customer service from this person, and I will NOT recommend this store to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement or my money backMy money back is preferable

AFTER AT LEAST WEEKS IN A RUDE MANNER, AND TOLD US THE LOCKET WAS DEFECTIVE

LOCKET WITH ANOTHER PENDANTI LOOKED AT THE LOCKET AND EXPLAINED IT WAS
SCRATCHED AND TOLD HER BY HER DAUGHTER WEARING ANOTHER PENDANT BEHIND IT , THIS
IS WHY THE LOCKET IS SCRATCHED, BUT SHE SAID SILVER DOESN'T SCRATCHI

I am responding
to the letter sent to you by Biris Jewelers in regards to the complaint I filed
against them
I feel that Ms[redacted] totally missed the point of my complaint
She argued with
me when I was upset continually saying it wasn't their faultThat my daughter
wore the necklace with other jewelry and that is what scratched it
I feel that Ms[redacted] knows nothing about customer satisfactionShe does not know how
to make a customer happyWhat happened to the "customer is always
right?" She made NO attempt whatsoever to make me feel like she even cared
that I took the time from my day to go up there and speak with herHer letter
back to the Revdex.com proves thatShe insinuated several times that "it wasn't
their fault."
If we were to
change rolls in this scenario I would have made sure that when she left my
business that she was at least somewhat satisfied even if I had to bend over
backwards for that to happenI was a new customer after allThis was my first
experience
I feel this matter can continue to go round and round, he said — she
said
I am not happy
with the outcome, but feel this is not worth anymore of my timeI will however
continue to tell all of my friends, family and acquaintances of this
experience
