R & B took advantage of my son and sold him a car for over three times worth the value, at a 22% finance rate!! The back window of the car fell down on the ride home, then the engine light came on a few days later. After having the diagnostics ran, we found that the engine module was bad. A $6700 repair!! Not only did they screw him over on the finance rate, and car in general, they also tacked on and additional $1308 for an "extended warranty" which should cover such repairs. When the car was taken back to R& B they denied that there was a problem with the engine and said they would fix the window, etc. Still have no information on the extended warranty other than the amount paid for it in the contract. They will take advantage of anyone they can, regardless if they are young, old, etc. Don't waste you time. The reason they have so many cars on their lot is because they can't sell them. Think about it.

I have 3 people right now looking to buy trucks, Waiting to see where I get.
