I ordered what I thought were genuine Made in Germany Birkenstock sandals instead I discovered they might be counterfeit sandals made in China. So I sent email saying I thought this & asked for a refund to my checking account & for them to use their postal tracking to have them found & returned to them.
I have not received a refund nor sandals.
I want a refund. $89.99 was deducted from my account on 9/3/19.
Also I have an email from Birkenbestbuy.com confirming my order, *** on 9/1/19. I will send it in a separate email to you if you need it.
I am letting you know that I received my order today.It was post marked from China.I want to send it back, but their refund policy is a little iffy & time consuming. Plus if I do send the order back (unopened), what guarantee do I have that the money will be refunded?Please advise ASAP.Thank you.
