On 3/Birkley Services came to my home to give a written estimate for repair work needed on my furnace I always get two estimates for any work needed done They now refuse to provide the written estimate to me I paid for this and received nothing

I paid Birkley for a written estimate of the repairs needed for my furnace, that is what was advertised and that's what I requested I need them to tell me what the model number is of my HVAC unit as that is their job, I know nothing about HVAC units I have ask several time for Birkley to provide the written estimate and have not received it Birkley either needs to provide me with a written estimate that includes what work needs to be done, or they need to refund the money It does not matter if I use their service or not to do the work, it's customary to get more than one estimate, that's why we pay for the estimates Until I receive either a written estimate that includes what the repairs are or the refund, I will not be satisfied.
