replacement may need replacement when the other piping is opened. On November 21, 2014 after leaving messages in [redacted]'s Voice Mail on 3 separate occasions we spoke to each other. We agreed that we would split the difference between the amount that we charged and the amount that he said others had quoted. He said he was very satisfied with this settlement and would send a check and would use us again. With respect to this complaint we have tried to contact him and left messages to the affect that if he had changed his mind about the fairness of the agreement we both made we would surely want to discuss it. We have left messages in his voicemail now on November 25 @ 3:45 and 6:30Pm.On November 26 we left a message in his voicemail at 10:15 & 11:33 concerning this complaint and at this time we have had no response. We will continue to try to contact him.We pride ourselves on the way we treat our customers and we work hard to protect our reputation. We will do what ever is necessary to make [redacted] feel that we have been fair with him and to be sure that he would continue to use our company.[redacted]
Provider adjusted the price to within the range of the original quote. We also addressed the cigarette issue. Issues were resolved.
