I spoke to client and gave her a refund for $67.50Client was happy with the refund

I am rejecting this response because: they are open to the public and refused to fix my carIf they are not in the business of fixing cars then what do they do? I'm sorry the car is not a brand new Mercedes Benz worth $$$$ but my money is just as green as the next person'sI have been discriminated against

On 9-8-the customer called into Mercedes Benz USA roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed due to a brake issueThe call was made to *** not Ray Catena of UnionAt that point *** dispatched a third party vendor to tow the vehicle again not associated with Ray Catena of UnionSomehow
the vehicle was delayed/ missing in transit until it was towed into Ray Catena of Union sometime late the morning of 9-12-The customer arrived at the dealership that morning on or about 11:00a.m. and began to get loud and created a disturbance in the service departmentAt that point, members of the management staff were speaking to the customer to calm the customer and explained that *** and the tow service were at fault and that we would do what we could to address the issueWe then did a quick inspection of the vehicle and found rotted/rusted brake lines due to age and milesThis is an year old vehicle with over 170,miles, that has not been to our shop for service in over yearsDue to the customers attitude and the age and condition of the vehicle, we elected to not perform any work on the vehicle and informed the customer of the sameWe agree with the customer that he should have an explanation of where the vehicle was for the period in question and informed him that he would need to work with *** and the towing service for the answersWe stand by our decision not to work on the vehicle and feel there is no settlement due the customer from Ray Catena of UnionIf you have any questions please feel free to contact us

[redacted] (2004 C-Class  with 108962 miles )was towed in on 9/8/2016Client stated that the vehicle  will not crank when key is turning.We diagnosed the vehicle and explained to the client what the vehicle needed.No repairs were performed. Client paid for diagnosing vehicle...

only.Client had the vehicle towed out on 9/10/2016.  Client reached back to the dealership/stating there was an noise coming from the vehicle.She reached our service director, which he told her to have the vehicle towed back,we would take a look and see what was going on.  After inspection we foundthat there was an issue with the steering column. After a prolonged discussion with client,we didn't charge client for the labor, she only  paid  for the part which we discounted.The client agreed. Her total was $654.83 We supplied the customer with a list of many issue and repairs the vehicle needs. -since the client has contacted the Revdex.com, client has also contacted her bank and has been issued a credit .client paid nothing for repairs, she is due no furthered compensation.
