Good Morning, I received a letter days ago giving me days as of Decto give our side of story Apparently this Homeowner was defrauded into thinking we did the work on her home when that is clearly not the case we have never received any monies or did any work for this [redacted] Located @ [redacted] 1st Ave Rochelle Il After further investigation we have been advised that a former contractor was using our paperwork to drum up business after talking with Homeowner We found that [redacted] who was a salesman for us signed customer up then [redacted] came in and told Ms [redacted] he was a project manager for New American Home Improvement which is and proceeded to tell Ms [redacted] that [redacted] construction was the company we hire to do the roof once again [redacted] construction is also another gentlemen by the name of [redacted] who was a salesman that worked for us a few months and decided to go off on his own also [redacted] landscaping is the correct name so we think he may be falsifying the name of his company as to the reason why he may be using our paperwork to drum up workWe have contacted our Attorney and will be filing charges as well as a Lawsuit on [redacted] , [redacted] for Misrepresenting our company and making consumers think they were dealing with New American Home Improvement when in fact they never did If you could please respond as to what we should do next on our part so that this does not affect our Revdex.com Rating we take pride in our work and would never do work for a homeowner and not respond to an issue in fact we have hour emergency number for all customers as well as has the owners personal Cell Thank you, [redacted]
