this is my second time dealing with Birmingham Orthodontics they suck as a whole
My daughter accepted a appointment from the front desk clerk that didn't fit my schedule so I called and changed it and was informed that the payment of would be expected at the time of her braces getting removed and I was fine with that but on the Date that was scheduled for her she Had another appointment that she couldn't reschedule so I called Birmingham Orthodontics to ask could I get another date and I explained what was the issue so the clerk ask me to see again could I reschedule the appointment and I told her ok just take me off for the date that you have and I will call back to see if I could change and if not I will just accept a later date and the clerk replied okWhen I called back to accept the appointment I was told I had to pay the before I could make appointment and I didn't understand why Why do I have to pay for service that not rendered and a balance that's not do bef
I was charged for services I was not provided I am seeking a refund for two months of charges I was charged in error
Between July 11th and July 20th of 2018, I reported for orthrodontic treatment to Birmingham Orthrodontics, the Hoover locationAt that time, I let the staff as well as my treating physician, *** know I was relocating to FloridaI inquired what was needed to transfer my treatment for myself and my minor child and stop any further paymentsI was told, the CEO, *** would have to be contacted to retrieve a payoff quote and I would be contacted at later date
In early August, I received a voicemail from a employee of Birmingham Orthrodontics stating I had to pay $and I could receive my recordsOn Friday, August 17th, I reported to the Birmingham Orthodontics office in Hoover in person to pay the money as advised and retrieve my recordsI expected it to be a transaction where I have the records in tow This was the one day before I expect
