I am a Franchise Owner of OpenWorksSince I have been in business with them, I have not received the best serviceI have contacted them numerous of times attempting to set up a meeting to discuss our contract and have not received a responseI have to mention my lawyer before I hear anything from themOne of the locations that we clean recently changed our alarm codeOpenWorks did not notify us of this changeWhen one of our employees set off the alarm the police came and threatened to arrest himWe have been trying for days to get this new code, since OpenWorks are the ones who get this information from the businesses and we have not heard anything, yet they still want us to clean this locationI have been emailing and calling with no follow-upThis may be the only way to get a response from themTheir customer services towards their franchise owners is the worse and I do not recommend anyone going into business with themif you do, be sure to lawyer up

This company is completely unprofessional and unorganizedThey fired the couple that was cleaning our offices without having someone to replace themAs a result, we went weeks without receiving cleaning servicesOne of those weeks we had already paid forThey then came out and cleaned one more time before missing another weekNow they are claiming that we still owe them money for cleaning services never receivedHow anyone can manage to run a business the way OpenWorks does and still stay in business and have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com is beyond me? Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of using this company for your janitorial services!!!

I bought a franchise, and have not received and accounts that were promisedThey said days to get accounts, it has been longer than daysI want my full refund, I want to keep them from taking money from anyone else, and keep them from making promises to other franchiseesThis may be a scam, they did take my money and did promise to find accounts, but have not followed throughFinding someone to talk to at Open Works is next to impossible, no one seems to care that I gave them money and they haven't found me any accountsIt seems that they can't be bothered by meOpen Works told me that they will not refund my money back to me

Approximately years ago, my Mother and I decided to invest in a commercial cleaning franchise through Open WorksThe specific plan we chose (OW5) was supposed to provide us with a guaranteed $5,per month in account volumeTo this day, we have not received the accounts promised to us and this breach of the Franchise Agreement dates back to May of which was the month deadline for Open Works to provide the whole $5,per month in account volume to usOpen Works claims they offered accounts to us which we declined but that isn't true at allWe've reached out on numerous occasions throughout the past years to inquire about new accounts all to no availMost of the accounts offered to us early on in the contract were "troubled" accounts which had dissatisfied customers who were ready to discontinue service with Open WorksWe took on
at least of those type of accounts anyway due to the fact we were hurting for account volume and couldn't afford to turn them downOpe

We are a small private school and we have been very happy with OpenWorks They have been very responsive to our needsI also like that they supply all of our paper supplies and keep the bathrooms stocked I would highly recommend them

We have been trying for several months to resolve a request for a refund of our August, payment for servicesthe Open Works crew did not show up for cleaning and we were with out cleaning service for almost weeksAfter weeks with no interim crew sent to clean we had to to hire another cleaning serviceWe are requesting a refund of those weeks without serviceMany calls, emails, have failed to render a refund

As the owner of a business, Chaparral Ice, that recently renewed a one year contract with Open Works, I want to share my experience with their poor business practicesAfter a thorough quoting and bidding process during February 2017, Open Works was selected to continue janitorial services at our facilityThe Scope, Contract, and Terms of Service were signedThe service was delivered at a marginal level of quality for the first two months of the term, upon complaint Open Works quality increased, however last week we were informed that they were discontinuing service effective immediately unless we agreed to nearly 75% increase in fees as they had suddenly realized they had misquoted the bid only after the service level finally met the agreementWe are now left without janitorial services and scrambling to find a replacementEven giving days notice would have been more ethical, even considering the violation of a written contractWe are a large public facing facility and it could serve to impact our ability to service our customers
