This is the third time I used Biros to pump and inspect our septic tank as it is mandated in Kidder Township every three years As always, the technician arrives within the prescribed timeframe and is very professional Will continue to use them

Review: I have a leaky sewer pipe called the people listed in the complaint told them my pipe leaked they asked if I needed it camera'ed I said no that the pipe leaks and we had that done last time they were here. which they told me then pipe was just about worn out. well I was at work when they showed up and my wife let them do their thing so we get a bill for $430.00 They did the camera anyway which I did not need. so they measured what they would have to do and said they would get back to us on the next day or the following Mon. Today is Thurs after the Mon they said would call for estamate. My wife called them to find out about the estamate and the secretary was very belidgerant with my wife saying there was no record of them having to give an estamate. Wife says to her that what did the serviceman say? and wewe have a leaky sewer line that ahas to get fixed.The clearly didnt need to do the camera since the leak was visable. I want the money charged to me for so called sevvice that they did and didnt finish refunded to me.Desired Settlement: refunded money and an apology to my wife for them being ignorant to her.
