universities in the US.1. Students have access to all materials in written format over 450 pages, videos, audio lectures and powerpoint presentations.
In addition she downloaded all course manuals- Certified Doula Thu 7 May 2015, 3:13 PM [redacted] resource view Complete Student Birth Arts International Doula Manual, so she did actually download all that she was promised in enrollment, which is the course.
2. We did not mislead or misrepresent ourselves and the student has been enrolled for 49 days and that is well past any reasonable refund request.3. We have not heard from the student, she has not asked any questions regarding course work to myself, who as the director answers all students questions.4. In addition the student was participating in our online student groups, never once asking for assistance or clarification. In addition she participated in student conversations.5. All enrollments are non refundable and the student agrees to this upon enrollment. It is on every page. 6. If the student had any questions she could have called, she did not, email, she did not, ask on our Facebook groups, she did not, PM me on Facebook, she did not. She friended me, joined our groups and participated.7. When you withdraw from a class you are removed until the issue is resolved. So this shows she asked for a refund and then tried to access the class again.

Thankfully both Paypal and my credit card company have helped me to retrieve my money. This Company is a fraud and I highly recommend that you find another doula course!
Also I realized I was kicked from the facebook groups when I tried to contact you on facebook, so it wasn't a far leap to deduce I was also kicked from any online courses. You cannot have the money and provide absolutely no services at the same time. You keep going on and on about records and 49 days? My last long in was easily over 30 days ago. You misrepresent your product and then behave unprofessionally and discourteously afterwards. I can say I am not surprised to see other complaints similar to mine on this site! Wish I would have checked here first but I hope this will at least help others!
