[redacted]. I PERSONALIZED THESE CARDS ,NONE OF MY FRIENDS RECEIVED THE CARD I SENT. ONE FRIEND RECEIVED A CARD FROM BIRTHDAY ALARM SAYING HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND THANKS FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER. SHE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO BIRTHDAY ALARM WAS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PRANK AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ICOULD NOT SEND GIFTS SO THIS WAS MY WAY OF GREETING MY FRIENDS.
