of complaint by *** ** *** is advertisement of pictures that were taken at the party from 12~on 12/02/Birthday Blitz contract clearly states, “PERSON BOOKING EVENT RELEASES TO BIRTHDAY BLITZ PHOTOS, POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA.” Document can be submitted.I want to address some of the statement made by Ms*** in complaint letterThe pictures taken at event on 12/used for my ** *** ***, and ** *** were taken by me, on my phoneI have never received pictures of event, or work, from *** ** ***On top of having a release for pictures taken at my business, I always ask my clients, and subcontractors permission to post photos*** or ***(I don’t know who is who) were very willing to give their permission for photos takenI indicated to one of the ladies, If they left me their business cards, I would refer their business if anyone would ask about their workOne of the ladies indicated, she would send me a link to her business, so I can post along with picturesI clearly stated “I didn’t post other business links on my page“ Again told her to leave their cards on my table, as she didAt no time did I give the ladies of *** ** ***, any indication, I would post information about their company on my ** page or my ** ads***, took it upon herself to “site” her work on my ** *** *** ad, that included her name, business name, and phone number, when I clearly told them I don’t do thatI deleted her comments, thinking she would get the hintThe very next day , repeated advertising her business on my *** *** ad. *** totally disrespected my wishes, and gave me no choice, so I deleted advertisement for her business, and was ban from my *** ***As my ad ran it’s course, and as of this last Friday 1/5/2018, I have received nasty comments from *** ** ***’s, POSSE, I have had to ban, and delete at least ten women who names I can summit, along with their commentsPhone call was made to *** at the time and date indicated in complaint.I made a phone call to ***, and opened the phone call by identifying myself, and telling ***, that her company did beautiful workI wanted to talk to *** about the comments that were being left on my business ad pageI indicated to ***, I wanted them to stop*** indicated she had nothing to do with comments left on my pageI tried to explain to ***, because of her badmouthing my company, and networking her negative thoughts to a lot of her friends, nasty comments were left by many people on my ** ad, that are slanderersAt no point on my ** page or ** ad page, has Birthday Blitz taken “credit” for any decorations by clients or subcontractors .In closing, there was no contract signed between Birthday Blitz, and *** ** ***I received no monetary benefit, for meeting with *** ** *** on a separate day, so they could check out venue, giving *** ** *** extra decorating time, and hosting their business at my venue, that allowed *** ** ***, to conduct their business for no charge, resulting in *** ** ***’s monetary benefit.Thank youBirthday Blitz LLC###-###-####Ann C***
