Birwood Property Management

I have never in my life been yelled at by a property management company. Staff was rude, unapologetic, and the supervisor made excuses for the rude, yelling staff member, [redacted]. I even asked him repeatedly to stop yelling but he wouldn't stop and kept interrupting me.

Worst property management company I have ever dealt with.
I sent in an application with 2 other roommates and I asked them how long it would take for them to process my application and they said it would be done by Friday (I had turned them in on a Tuesday)
When Friday came along, I called them and asked if the process was done yet, and they said no, it is still processing.
I let another week go by before calling them again. (At this point I was pretty mad) I asked them again if they were done and they said no, it's still processing, but we should have it done by Monday.
So I waited till Monday to give them a call again. I called and asked AGAIN if my application was done processing and the lady put me on hold to check. She came back and replied, "we still haven't heard from one of the landlords, so it would still be awhile. But, you probably won't be accepted because your combined income isn't high enough." (At this point I was EXTREMELY pissed)
They left me hanging for a whole 2 weeks before they told me our income wasn't enough... That's simple addition that could have been done within minutes of the applications being submitted! So now that they screwed me over, I was left with 2 weeks to find another place to live!
WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!! If it were possible to give them -5 stars, I would.
