Biryani King

Review: Catering order was placed for June 21, 2014 for Lunch. $650 was paid towards various items ordered. Food delivered was so inedible, Idlis were rock hard, $300 was paid towards Idlis alone. None of the food items delivered were remotely tasty or worthy of eating. It was really embarrassing to offer such substandard food to people who came all the way from New Jersey and far off places. Biryani King assured us that he would give us really soft Idlis and charged us $1 per idli, which is as much as he charges in his restaurant. It is really unfair that I shell out so much money and get such bad product in return, repeated calls to owner Rajesh, have gone unanswered. Please help!Desired Settlement: Biryani King needs to learn that in order to remain in the Food Industry, he needs to deliver as promised and not food that is inedible. I request that he give 50% of the amount paid towards Idlis, which amounts to $150.
