cap. Two weeks later he returned for an exhaust leak. That is not covered under warranty but we offered to help pay for customer goodwill. He had the exhaust repaired, we paid the agreed amount. Then he said there was a slight vibration at 45 mph. We check it out and there was but it would go away after 45 mph. We noticed rusting and flaking on the drive shaft and told the consumer. He never called to tell me he bought the drive shaft and universal joint and had them put in. This is a 13 year old truck. He did not purchase an extended coverage warranty. He does have a 30 day warranty per the lemon law. The consumer needs to make an appointment and bring the vehicle in for us to see what is going on and if it is an issue that falls under the NYS lemon law and inspection issue we will be able to address it and make it right.

First I want you to know that you are a valued customer at Biscayne and we will do anything we can within inpsection and nys guidelines and requirements to make sure that you are happy with the purchase of your vehicle. I know at the time of inspection that your specific vehicle received a lot of new parts; including all new brakes and rotors, emergency brake hardware, brake lines and other items.
