The customer filed a complaint about the spoiler and third brake light on her trunk, stating that our employees damaged it during installation of the glass. The complaint says that the employees were trying to "push the piece down where it was broken", however the piece installs via clips and screws, and the clips must be pushed firmly in order to get it back on. Our technician states that the part was fine when it left the shop.
