During August [redacted] we left our precious doggies at this siteWhy we picked this place after doing our homework, well, It's spacious area, blue floors, lots of windows and friendly staffWe were told to check pictures on [redacted] Not having an account we immediately signed up to view picsThe first two days no picsWe called while on vacation still no picsThe third day we got one pic via emailNo more picsAfter five days of a beautiful family vacation we picked up our girls and the nightmare beganMocca, our beautiful fur baby was coughing and gaggingNever experienced this behavior we called Biscuits & Bath and were told it could be a viral thing they can get from other animalsShe slowly became weak, no appetiteMocca has never been sickWe called this site concerned and all we got from the front desk lady was "I am sorry but we cannot see your dog today bec the vet is busyShe'd put us on hold & repeated "I am sorry.' We asked if there was a possibility we could bring her in the following morning and of course were told "sorry but the vet is booked" and recommended we bring her to our vet How does this happen if all the dogs are vaccinated Never got a phone call to see how she was doing or asked anything I do remember when we first were inquiring I noticed and heard one of the ladies whispering over the phone 'I am sorry...' Never thinking this would happen to us! We brought her to our vet a few days later and were advised to keep our fur babies in separate rooms to avoid another sick doggieShe was put on med's right away Guess what, the next day our vets office called to check on Mocca Within a few days Moo Moo began the gagging symptomsThis was a nightmare!! To think we paid $for two doggies for days to Biscuits & Bath on [redacted] ** and in return we almost lost our precious girl and the treatment was unbelievable, very unprofessional and uncaring Don't trust this place!! If anyone can share what our rights are in terms of legal action we will appreciate it Our email is [redacted] Biscuits & bath don't you dare call us now you bunch of crooksWill see you in court Decided to wait on writing a comment right away because we were heart broken and couldn't find pleasant words to describe what we experiencedHowever, we feel obligated to share our story to avoid others from experiencing what we experienced Love our doggies?? "GET THE [redacted] ***" was just yelled at me by Abitha, an employee who works at [redacted] ***I was asking her colleague, Bianca, why I had been quoted $for a regular bath over the phone but being charged $in person for the same service quoted just days beforeBianca, then referred to my last appointment and said we were charged that price beforeWhat she refused to admit was that that invoice also included a FULL haircut in addition to a regular bathA full hair cut in any situation obviously merits a higher price but this was a simple bath where not one hair was snipped.This place has been riddled with inconsistent price quoting and communication problems since the day I first became a customer here but it has gotten significantly worse over time Bianca also refused to call the company's owners or her boss to settle this miscommunication and proceeded to threaten me with collections agentsShe might be a manager but she certainly h

I dropped off my two dogs for overnight boarding on Feb * I returned to pick them up Feb *
At pickup, I was presented with a bill of $for their stay
At drop off, I asked for one walk per day The assistant manager said the dogs would need updated Bordetella vaccinations to be allowed contact with other dogs during their stay She said B&B could give them the vaccinations the following day, and they could be in group area with other dogs I said fine She asked if I'd like the dogs washed I said yes I had not brought food for the dogs She said they would charge me for Wellness dog food At no point did she tell me B&B's charges for any of these items
I was charged $per dog for "play time", which I thought was included in the boarding fee I was charged $per dog for additional "fun walk" beyond the one walk I had approved I was charged $and $for vet exams for the dogs, which I had not approved I was charged $per

My dog was viciously attacked at their facilityUnbeknownst to me they have a sign on the counter that tells parents their pets are there "at their own risk"
When I came to rescue my dog the vet and person behind the counter told me there were no charges for her short stay due to what had happened, my dog is 10lbs and was bitten to the bone which required sutures
Later that week my card was charged $with no receipt or invoiceAfter calling and speaking to the manager they pretty much told me that is what I get for bringing my dog in
What kind of place is this? I thought they were supposed to care for the safety of animalsIt is bad enough my card was charged illegally, this is an animal cruelty situationA lot of people have no idea how dangerous this place is

Biscuits &Bath on *** *** * ** has taken the most excellent & competent care of ***, a little Yorkie, through his lifetime, during whichHe had great trainers, playtime with other small dogs, excellent vet ( Dr M***) excelllent grooming, special diet, cuddling and help with feedings as neededAlso bus service to home as neededStaff constantly kept areas clean! Staff always very loving and attentive to dog and to us as customersI give them stars ! !

I am a loving dog parent who used the Biscuits and Bath adoption coupon
I was not aware that no MATTER what I would be automatically charged to my card the full amount due when it was not to my knowledge of what I was being charged for and now I am out $without any warning
I was told by an associate today they she would give me the refund and then I get a crazy call from a manager telling me they won't issue the refund
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
I NEED A FULL REFUND TO MY CARDI NEVER GOT A BILL!!!!!!!!!

Review: My dog was brought in for 24/hr care while I was out of the country, during which I was emailed about the wrong dog... Moreover, I was told my dog was walked when her file says explicity NOT to walk the dog (injury/illness). Later this was retracted by management, with a joke and "oops". I was also given a receipt for charges, and charged more... Later to be explained upon my inquiry that they needed to buy extra food (when food and medications were brought with my dog). They also permitted her toys and airplane carrier to be damaged, destroyed, thrown out. My dog was not properly cared for, and I know her medications were not even properly given. She shouldn't have had left over pills upon my pick-up, and there was extra. Considering she has Cushings, her medication is imperative for her health which was clearly put at risk. After reaching out to customer service, and management, they have failed to refund me for the destroyed carrier, toys and unneccessary/unapproved expense of more food. I think that emailing (numerous) a client about the wrong dog and improper care of the dog, clearly shows neglect and my dog's well being at risk. This company should not be allowed to care for animals as they lack communication, proper care/attention etc. they charge clients for. Also, giving a receipt and then charging someone's credit card more is irresponsible and dishonest.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the entire service, including money to cover damages of property (carrier bag, toys, etc.) Refund for unnecessary and unapproved food charge ($25+ dollars) also. Total, should be approximately $850 dollars refunded back, via check. I can go and pick this check up or they can expedite this check via mail to me.

Biscuits & Bath has resolved this directly with [redacted] through phone and email conversation. A fair resolution has been reached over concerns regarding belongs, missed medication, and our poor communication. Following a veterinary appointment with her doctor we are happy to hear [redacted] is well and are most importantly thankful for [redacted]'s patience while we worked for resolution. Giving feedback is not always comfortable or easy and we appreciate the opportunity [redacted] provided us even when it came at her mental/emotional expense to correct her experience. We will make mistakes even with our industry leading best practices when caring for live animals and appreciate when a parent takes the time to help us improve.

Review: Our agreement specifies that my dog would have daycare in a supervised safe setting. In the 3 months (since May 2013) that I have had my dog at daycare, it has had one episode of [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] due to eating the padding at biscuits and bath (stool culture was normal), one episode of bleeding and [redacted] attributed to [redacted] ([redacted]), and one episode of infectious [redacted]. As my dog does not have contact with other dogs (or blue padding) other than at Biscuits and Baths, these conditions are caused by inadequate supervision and poor sanitary conditions at Biscuits and Bath. While there website stresses the importance of keeping sick dogs away from daycare, I was encouraged to bring the dog into daycare, even after I told them of the infection and they did not require any documentation that the infection had cleared. Since Biscuits and Bath requires their customers to pay in advance, they refuse to not charge me for the month of August. (I had brought my dog only on August * and *, before I realized that Biscuits and Bath were not taking care of my dog properly and I had to take him out of daycare). They had offered to give walks in exchange for daycare, but the walks are usually with large groups of other dogs. Even more important is that I can't trust them to supervise my dog be in in their daycare facility or walking on the street. I believe that they care only about making money and not the health of the dogs they care for.Desired Settlement: They really should compensate me for the more than $800 of veterinary care their negligence has caused. At this point, I think the least they should do is NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE! (August 2013 daycare),

Review: Upon picking up the dog from the groomer, neither the groomer, himself, nor the cashier communicated to me that he had cut the dog's leg (photos taken). The site is infected and required a vet visit.
