Food and service are good, but their rewards program has ripped me off and short-changed me again and again.
I currently have over 430 points (200 needed for a $10 reward) but no rewards are forthcoming. This happened in March 2020, before Christmas 2019, and last fall. Last summer it issued two $10 rewards and a $5 reward that "disappeared" within 24 hours. Emails to corporate headquarters all went unanswered; I did not recover the lost rewards, but frustrated email notes last fall, last winter and this spring did trigger the issuance of my $10 reward.
On New Year’s Day my fiancé son and I came to this biscuits cafe. There was a thick hair in my food and I didn’t say anything to my fiancé becuase I know she’d be grossed out. Her and my son shared a iced tea and she said it tasted like a cleaner. Turns out a few hours later they were both sick to their stomach. So we asked for a refund because it just was not a good experience. We have been told 2 times now that a refund has been sent. One of the owners told my fiancé to never go back and she was being very passive aggressive in her emails. My fiancé did nothing wrong. We are still asking for our refund. And quite frankly the “owner” nicole does not need to deal with customers and she shouldn’t own a business.
