[redacted], bless her heart but the facts are wrong. I think if she had talked to her Realtor and communicated better she would understand the contract was fulfilled, the home was professionally shampooed on May 5th (see invoice) the sprinkler...
system was checked and adjusted (see invoice) In the contract the seller was responsible for the carpet cleaning not me (See contract) but the seller did hire a carpet cleaner but the buyer was still not happy with his services, The seller did not leave their animals in the home for a week and half while the seller was in the hospital getting a stem cell treatment.( If needed I can get their travel itinerary) The seller had a pet sitter and they were only gone for 4 days. [redacted]’s Realtor did not ask for any invoices at closing for this transaction but as soon as her Realtor asked for the invoices, I got them copies and gave it to her Realtor within 24 hours. The seller had the home professionally cleaned (was not in the contract) the buyer “[redacted]” was not happy with the cleaning so we sent the house keepers back over to the home, the next day and she still was not happy. The housekeeper again was not in the contract but the seller wanted to help her out with a clean home and she still blames me for the home not being clean enough. If there was damage to the flooring that would be between Seller, Buyer, and Carpet Cleaner as of this point, we do not know of any damage. [redacted] was just not happy with the shampooing.
I met with [redacted] after she sent in the Revdex.com complaint and she was under a lot of stress. She is a very sweet person and she just had a beautiful baby girl plus moving from one house to another. She has a lot on her plate with three little babies but I did fulfill the Purchase and Sale agreement completely as-per the Purchase and Sale Agreement states but I feel the information was not relayed back to her correctly but that is just my personal opinion.
I’ve been selling Real Estate for over 23 years, and this is the first time that anyone has ever sent in a complaint and I would really want my record to stay clean unless you truly do see that I did not fulfill the Purchase and Sale Agreement. I have already notify and talked to commissioners, our legal hot line, attorney, my local board and the Idaho National Realtors and they all said I was not responsible for the carpet cleaning. I did not hire the cleaning person and I do not own this home. This contract is with the buyer and seller not the Buyer and Gail B[redacted] but every concern that [redacted] has addressed I’ve done my very best to resolved the issue the best I could.
