Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company is lying, I attempted to get my insurance a long, long time ago.Here is just a few of the e-mails asking and providing my new address, they date back to February or 17, these e-mail were never answered back either! I am not making this up, I had been a loyal cus***er for over years and now they want to lie about not responding to me! I am rejecting this response because: Bishop Insurances continues to refuses to take responsibility for not doing their job and responding to my e-mails and the e-mails sent by my realtor way in advance of the suppose day notice they sent to me (which I don't have), I sent you (Revdex.com) a few of the e-mails I had begging them to answer me and me giving them my new address way in advance of my due dates, their was no breakdown, they flat out were irresponsible and are a bad business to treat me like this after I was a loyal up front cash paying customerThey don't deserve to be in business, if they try to skate around their lack of professionalism and treating people this way

We sent below email to the consumer with attachments that had his renewal offers.  By law and company policy, we send out renewals to the address on file 30 days prior to renewal.  This was a case where consumer is asking to be emailed renewals. Mr. [redacted],Our apologies on you not...
