I am sitting here as I write this complaint I cut my arm open at work that may need stitches and you think the staff here would see me first before someone who has a cough and runny nose

As a new resident of Louisiana, I do not have a family doctor in this area. I have been fighting some sort of sickness for a couple of days and have decided to see a doctor as I cannot tolerate the pain on my own with over the counter medicine. I have health insurance with Bluecross Blueshield and I looked up doctors that accept this insurance and four or five doctors appeared on the list that practice at Our Lady of Lourdes. I saw that they open at 8am and decide to drive there to get an appointment with any available doctor. I was guided to the front desk in the family practice department and recieved the WORST experience in my life from a woman named [redacted]. She was the rudest person I've encountered as a professional and I am dumbfounded on how she is in this profession. I know that I did not call ahead of time, I know that I am not a current patient, and I know that this is not a walk-in clinic, but this experience was so overwhelming that I must comment and hope it is addressed. I will never go to this facility again because of this woman. If you ever have to deal with any worker on the family practice side and the woman's name is [redacted]..I suggest that you run away!
