As a new resident of Louisiana, I do not have a family doctor in this areaI have been fighting some sort of sickness for a couple of days and have decided to see a doctor as I cannot tolerate the pain on my own with over the counter medicineI have health insurance with Bluecross Blueshield and I looked up doctors that accept this insurance and four or five doctors appeared on the list that practice at Our Lady of LourdesI saw that they open at 8am and decide to drive there to get an appointment with any available doctorI was guided to the front desk in the family practice department and recieved the WORST experience in my life from a woman named [redacted] She was the rudest person I've encountered as a professional and I am dumbfounded on how she is in this professionI know that I did not call ahead of time, I know that I am not a current patient, and I know that this is not a waclinic, but this experience was so overwhelming that I must comment and hope it is addressedI will never go to this facility again because of this womanIf you ever have to deal with any worker on the family practice side and the woman's name is [redacted] ..I suggest that you run away!
