The conditions under which their stock (which is never disclosed) is bred is questionable. Also, there is some discussion as to whether or not they are cross breeding with Havenese. Only a DNA test would confirm pure Coton de Tuleaur breeding. This is a case of you get what you pay for. Be discerning as both kennels will tell you they started breeding for income and so they could stay at home with their children.
