rude rude rude rude !!!!! stay awaynot sure they care about you once the job is completed !!!! horrible customer service the lady other the phone doesn't even want to try !!!! im in shock !!!! I had a fence installed over years ago by previous ownersthe fence is no longer in warranty which is finenow the gate broke during the hurricane and I need it fixedwe're in february my gate broke in septemberthey send craig their sales repdoesn't seem much knowledgeable it they did this gate or not quoted me $just to fix a broken gateabsolutely crazyi just want parts of pvc to fix my gate but they are not selling over the counterwhich I could understand if I was a "new" customerbut they put the gate on ! now im stucked ...because they have their own style !!!!! I will not use them ever ever again !!!!
