I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have not brought my car back to the dealer because I DO NOT have time to go down there with my work schedule! I work M-F 8-4:30 and Friday-Saturday pm-7:30 am, sometimes longer! Also, I would not bring it back to your company since since you treat them poorly via phone! Noted I will keep filing with the Revdex.com if nothing is done. Yes, I feel this is YOUR responsibility because in the CPO warranty it states "OF COURSE, WE PAY SPECIALATTENTION TO KEY VOLVOSAFETY FEATURES SUCH AS:• BRAKES.• AIR BAGS AND SEAT-BELTS.• GLASS AND MIRRORS.• EXTERIOR LIGHTS.• TIRES AND WHEELS.Obviously, you DON'T I know for a fact you never did the inspection when my car left the lot except for when I pointed the dent out on the back passenger side!Yes, this is a safety ISSUE. Alloy wheels can crack at any point especially when driving them with previous damage done. That being said,  I know for a FACT I DID NOT DO THIS DAMAGE. I HAVE HAD 3 CERTIFIED MECHANICS TELL ME I WOULD HAVE HAD TO HIT A HUGE POT HOLE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. AND DON'T EVEN STATE I LIVE IN UPSTATE NY. THE MONTHS I'VE HAD MY CAR ARE NOT THE WORST, THE WORST DURING THE WINTER WHEN THE PLOWS ARE CONSTANTLY GOING AND RUINING THE ROADS. I KNOW THAT ALSO I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT BECAUSE MY JOB IS ONLY 6 MINUTES FROM MY HOME AND I DON'T GO ANYWHERE DURING MY WORK WEEK! THE FURTHEST I GO MAY BE 30 MINUTES AWAY, BUT EVEN THEN I KEEP MY EYES OUT FOR ANY ROAD DAMAGE AND AVOID THEM!!! When I do have the financial needs to get new wheels I will take pictures and file again, also during that time if my car does get in to an accident due to a wheel cracking, this will be on VOLVO AND HUDSON VALLEY VOLVO'S HANDS! THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE HAD MY CAR 5 MONTHS THIS DAY AND HAVE BROUGHT IT TO THE LOCAL DEALER 9 TIMES, BUT SOON TO BE MORE, I CURRENTLY HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. I FEEL SO BAD FOR THIS DEALERSHIP, I WISH I WAS ABLE TO BUY FROM THEM, BUT BECAUSE I GOT A BETTER DEAL FROM A DOWN STATE DEALER I FIGURED I WOULD TAKE IT, AND BEING CPO CERTIFIED THAT REALLY SPARKED MY INTEREST. So thank you.[redacted]

The business has responded.  Please see below:I just received another letter regarding this complaint, the $29.95 oil change special is posted on our web site..The price for the oil change is normally $39.95..As the customer requested in the first letter I did remove him from the mailing list.. Thank you [redacted]

what the Volvo company fixed was not the cause of what was draining my battery. Though It could have been eventually fixed it was not detrimental. Considering I would have to have eventually fix it. I am going to give them this one. I will go somewhere else (to where I got...

my 2nd opinion) and get the problem fixed. I am not happy with the end result but have learned a lesson from it.[redacted]

The Business States:The Client states he bought a pre-owned Volvo that had some prior dents. The consumer new that the dents were present when the purchase was made. He then noticed a shaking noise a week later. This was fixed under warranty with no cost to the consumer. He has a factory warranty...

until 2016 then an extended warranty until 2019. The dealership sold the car to the consumer in good faith. The consumer knew the dents were in the car. He received a great price and did not have to pay out of pocket for any expenses.Thank you.

I WILL KEEP REJECTING. I SHOULDN'T OF SIGNED THE PAPERS UNTIL THEY TOOK THIS DENT OUT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS ITS NEW. BUT EVEN THEN I'M SURE THEY WONT INSPECT IT FULLY. I HAVE PROOF SHOWING THAT THEY DID NOT INSPECT THE CAR LIKE THEY ARE TRAINED TO DO!!!! AGAIN, I WANT THIS DENT REMOVED!!
