DO NOT HIRE! He built my house. I spent tens of thousands of dollars out of my own pocket and he still went way over his estimate. He said I made changes. He often asked me if I wanted this or that. I don't call that "me" making a change in plans. I have three doors that the rain comes in around them. They are rotting from the rain damage because they were not installed properly.. They need totally replaced after only 8 years I had not even moved in yet and the security light fell off the house. He fixed it, lasted about a month. They also drew a picture of men's private parts on the wall. I was offended. Not professional at all!. I have outlets that are not level, switches that never matched, even outlet screws that don't match. What CANT I see? From major construction to small details, he did a terrible job for me. I could tell you so much more if I had the space. Bad workmanship.
