I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and after filing the complaint they did hand deliver the check paid in full within 72hrs. Their interpretation of me being happy is optimistic at this point. My wife & I were out of the country for 3 weeks however we had had numerous calls and in person conversations with our salesman & [redacted] prior to leaving, and text messages while were gone. As I told the manager [redacted] who delivered the check, for them to repair my trust in their business will take some time and will pivot on how I am treated in the future when the vehicle needs service.

After talking with the Managers, our Service Team, and Gene, it looks like [redacted] purchased a used fifth wheel from us as-is. After taking it home, she discovered a few repair issues. Our service department went above and beyond to fix everything for the customer for free including the DVD...
Player. When everything was tested after the repairs were made, everything was working properly before the fifth wheel left the lot. [redacted] did call/text Gene after the repairs were done because she continued to experience problems with the DVD Player. Gene offered to replace it for the customer or reimburse her up to $100 for a new DVD Player. He was only authorized to spend $100 by his managers. She asked for $500, which was more than a DVD Player costs. We tried to fixed and offer her solutions to every problem she was experiencing with her fifth wheel. We’re truly sorry we couldn’t satisfy the customer 100%.

We have been in contact with the local DVM investigator in Nampa and were told that Mr [redacted] did receive his title and there was nothing more we needed to be doing. On Behalf of Bish's RV as an owner and officer I would like to apologize for the time and inconvenience we caused Mr [redacted],...
it was not acceptable for it to have taken so long to process the title work. We have had some illness issues that we have had to deal with and it has hurt our customer service. We have made the appropriate changes and are again staffed correctly. We take out customer service seriously and hope we have resolved all the issues with the title work. If Mr [redacted] feels otherwise or if there is something that we need to be doing he is more than welcome to call my cell and I can personally help resolve his issue. [redacted]###-###-####
this customer has been taken care of to his satisfaction, miscommunication with customer being out of town for an extended period of time, upon receiving complaint from customer it was resolved within 48 hours, customer is now happy with us and will be revising his review and feedback on us.
Our service department in Nampa has contacted the customer and has worked out all issues concerning his Redhawk motorhome. The customer brought his unit in the day we called him, they replaced his batteries for free and helped him with any other issues he was having. I also personally called him...
later that day to make sure all of his needs were met. He said our service team did a great job and he would let us know if any other issues popped up.
