Same issues like others experienced. They held money and admitted they didn't even have the rifle I bid, won and paid for. Had to get credit card company to dispute it and I won due to their bad business practices. Also disputed $200.00 extra charge to restock something I never received. May want to avoid the "OnlineHuntingAuctions.com" website as well. They seem to support the bad practices or just don't care.

Purchased a suppressor in April paid in full on 4/28/20. submitted FFL transfer paperwork 4/29 through my dealer. Have had no response until reaching out to Online Hunting Auctions who it was purchased through and finally responded that FFL paperwork has not been approved now 3 months in to this. I have had FFL transfer paperwork done and have received in a week. They are holding the product hostage with no proof of submittal or timeline. They will not refund my money unless I pay $200 restocking fee that has never been transferred. I see similar complaints on here along with reviews. I want my money refunded or documentation of it truly being held up. They will not provide either.

I had purchased a firearm on an Auction which occurred the first of April.
I was notified by email that my credit card was charged $660. and that I would receive notification when my purchase ships. I had also forward Bret *** (BisMadBids) a copy of the FFL(Federal Firearms Lic) for shipping.

Several weeks had past so I called Bret *** and ask him the status of my purchase.He replied it has NOT shipped. I ask why, He advised that he NEVER had possession of the firearm when it was sold. I ask him how can he sell something he has NOT received. He did NOT answer.
Bret *** then stated that it may take months before I get my purchase.
I informed him.... the bigger issue is how can you sell something you don't have. That is MISREPRESENTING the auction.

Bret *** then advised if I cancel the purchase, he would charge me a $200 re-stocking fee.
He also stated that I read his printed terms and conditions that related to his company charging buyers VERY HIGH FEES for his poor business practices.

My comments to him, were that if I knew that he did NOT have possession of the items that he was selling.
I would have never made the purchase. Bret *** has Mis-Lead Buyers and Mis Represented the items he is selling. I ask if he would refund my purchase.... He refused.
It is NOT reasonable for a business to sell something they don't possess. And its NOT reasonable for a business take a customers Money and not ship a purchase for MONTHS.
