* Customer brought three sewing machines for service.
* All 3 machines were cleaned and serviced.
* All 3 machines were tested and sewn on before leaving the facility.
* Customer brought one machine back stating it did not work.

Customer contacted us stating she wanted to pick machine up unrepaired.
* We gave customer back her money she paid for service as a "good will gesture".
* Customer called us stating she took machine in for repair somewhere else. She told us the "A" or mother board went out of machine because we over tightened the tension.
* The above did not sound correct. We contacted the National Service Manager for the sewing machine manufacture and told him what we had been told. He said this would be impossible as one is mechanical and one is electronic.
* Again the machine was test sewn and worked when it left our store. It is our experience when an "A" or mother board goes out, that it is normally caused from a power surge, being bumped hard enough to damage, or by an aging part.
* We do not feel we are responsible for something we believe happened after the machine left our facility.
