mobile home had pre-existing structural damage due to water in the bathroom which required additional work approved by the State of New York and [redacted]. This slowed the project and created a later completion date. Also, Bison did not have access to the mobile home through the month of June because of Nancy's prior commitments. The bathroom was functional at that time.The home had new smoke detectors and a ceiling fan previously installed by others. In lieu of not replacing these items, the customer agreed to several upgrades including a Toto bidet toilet seat ($600), the toilet was relocated to allow better access for [redacted]'s use, a new wall cabinet for the laundry area, upgraded door for the laundry area, extra towel bar and ceramic soapdish, additional electrical work to repair deficient electrical in the storage area at other end of the mobile home and upgraded ceramic tile for entire bathroom. The ceiling fan also had new trim and filters installed. All upgrades were done at no additional cost to the homeowner.The entire project was signed off on by the State of New York, [redacted]., Town of [redacted] and [redacted]. Bison has since received the final payment from [redacted]. because of the work being satisfactorily completed to their specifications.
