and impact resistance.  While the initial approved quotation, CAD take off and invoice contained the 2cm trays as part of the system, I understand that you and your contractor decided not to use the trays and would like to return the trays and fastening kits and receive a refund.  We can agree to refund the money you paid for those products ($2218.14 including tax), on the condition that Bison is released from all liability in the event of, and related to, tile breakage.  If you return the products we will accept that as your agreement that Bison is released from liability as described, and we will immediately process the refund to your credit card.
