Most recovery companies will take your money again. I personally think they are the same set of people that run all of them, seems like an unending cycle and its too sad. The most crazy thing about the whole internet thing is how you can clone a website to make it look like the real one, I discovered so many people fell into this kind of scams. The only recovery company I know that works is Freddictine @ consultant .com

Ms. [redacted] spoke with Patrick and the conversation was very brief. Patrick explained the purpose of our call and Ms. [redacted] requested a letter be mailed to her regarding this matter. The representative acknowledged her request and disconnected the call. When Ms. [redacted] called the office back, she spoke with Patrick again and requested to speak with a manager. Patrick tried to explain that he is he floor manager but Ms. [redacted] insisted on speaking with someone higher. Patrick attempted to transfer the call and in the interim Ms. [redacted] ended up calling back and spoke with our compliance department. Her concerns were addressed and resolution was made regarding the account. The conversations were NOT handled the way they were implied. Patrick never specified he was a floor manager. When I asked to speak to a manager all he kept saying is "how may I help you". He NEVER identified himself as any sort of manager. He also did not verify my address, he completely disconnected the phone call without verifying such, or any words there after which would only lead anyone to assume they were hung up on. In addition, the call was supposed to be recorded and a transcript should be obtained for exact verbage. Naturally anyone would be frustrated with this time of service. He was so unprofessional.
