I am so pleased with Bison Roofing and in particular TJ E [redacted] the project manager my wife and I dealt with We had a hail storm in our neighborhood in Oviedo on 5/20/ TJ came to our door and at 1st we were unsure about using a company that just showed up the way he didHe spoke to my wife and she said to check into the company 1st and than they would be happy to come back and talk to usLoved that there was never any pressure through any of the process but always good information and education on the process of repairing our roof I would definitely recommend them to anyoneRoof was complete in two days and it may have been done in one if it hadn't rainedThe cleanup afterwards was very thorough and quickCall them!

My wife and I are very satisfied with the professionalism of the Executive Manager/Licensed Adjuster Randy C [redacted] . His responses to our questions as we discussed the contract and the work to be performed were courteous and honest. His follow-up to all our concerns were done in a timely and responsive manner. The work was done on the date scheduled, and to our utmost satisfaction. The workers took great care of covering all the plants around our home from fallen debris. We recommend BISSON ROOFING without reservations.

I would like to address each allegation individually because they are simply not true
We have not been called out every year to fix leaksweeks after her roof was installed, she had a leak around her Water heater vent stack, the metal was old and crackedWe typically do not replace
these stacks as they are a part of her HVAC or water heater systemWe fixed the issue anyway and all necessary interior repairsTHAT WAS THE ONLY TIME SHE HAD CALLED US OR EXPERIENCED ANY LEAKS.
In November of she waived me down as I was in her neighborhood with another satisfied customerShe told me her siding had piece that looked shiny in certain lightsIt did, so we immediately came out and replaced itWe chatted for a while and caught up like old friendsThere was ZERO TALK OF ANY ROOF LEAKSI went in her home and there was no evidence of a roof leakHer industry standard year warranty ended in June In December she calls the office about an alleged leakWe notice that she is well outside of her warranty, but I personally made a call to look at it And repair out of our established friendshipWe did go out and look at the roofShe had evidence of moisture but it hadn't rained in daysWe suggested that this may be the result of AC condensation or a plumbing leak, but still ripped up shingles to investigateWe placed additional ice and water shield but the roof deck had zero evidence of a leak.
The roof is structurally sound and there is absolutely no chance of a cave inMrs *** won't even listen to logical explanations as she is extremely upset that she can't get any more free work out of us.
In the desired outcome section she says she wants it fixed correctly, but will not let us back outIt is a real shame when you try to tarnish a reputable companies reputation with blatant lies. * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** ** *** *** Bison Roofing has installed over roofing projects in Louisville since and we stand behind every job

My experience with Bison Roofing was wonderful and exceeded all my expectations*** was extremely helpful and professionalFrom start to finish, I was impressed with Bison Roofing and I am very pleased with my new roof!

[redacted] is an honest and very professional contractor. He always answer his cell phone whenever I have questions or concerns. He always follow-up with me before and after roof repair was done. He went over the contract and read the contract in details. He takes his time to go over the contract and answers all my questions. The contract is easy to read. I dont have to pay downpayment up front. The company charged only 1.5 % when using credit card, unlike other roofing companies, they charge 3 % if you pay via credit card. After the roof was done, ** came to my house and check if everything is the work is done and made sure there are no nails left over. They covered my plants and placed tarp on the side of the side of the house to make sure the nails and debris will fall on the tarp, not on my yard. I am very very satisfied as well as my husband. My highly recommend BISON ROOFING. The company has no gimmicks, they are honest and upfront. Thank you very much and thanks to [redacted]

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and customer service from Bison Roofing. We were recommended to Bison from neighbors and the roofing issues within our subdivision. We worked with TJ, the project manager. He was not pushy at all in sales. He performed an initial inspection, worked with us and our insurance company's appraiser and was on-site when the roofers inaction. They were clean and did not leave tar marks on the roof or the houses. They picked up the old roof and did not affect our neighbors properties unlike other roofers. We had roofers daily within our subdivision due to the catastrophic region. 85% of the homes seemed to go with Bison Roofing. They started before 8am and were finishing up with 2 story homes by 6pm.
