This is the FIRST notice I have received from Revdex.com as I have been out of office since June The original notice may be buried in the e mails I have yet to review.This situation does not come immediately to mind Please provide additional details regarding the complainant, so
that I may personally review the files to establish a factual chain of events?

I have reviewed this complain, and the patient was correct
I discovered a single digit coding error which shifted the charge from extended time visit to a low vision fitting visit
I have corrected the coding, sent it to my billing service and informed them to reverse the erroneous charge and bill for the proper services

I have not responded because I have yet to see what new charges , if any, are on my account.
In the last communication from Bison Vision they admit an error occurred AND that are re-billing.
Therefore, I will not consider this matter closed until I know exactly what the status of my account is.
