Bison Tactical is a retail store, that does not perform gunsmithing work[redacted] worked out a deal with [redacted] (a former employee) to do some gunsmithing work on ***s firearm [redacted] works as a gunsmith in his spare time, as he is a trained gunsmith unlike any of the other staff at Bison Tactical I allowed [redacted] to process the payment for the work and part through Bison Tacticals credit card terminal so that he could take payment, since [redacted] did not want to pay with cash[redacted] subsequently ended employment at Bison Tactical [redacted] took ***s contact information with him when he left the company so that he could maintain contact with *** [redacted] stopped by to pick up the part to repair ***s firearm, and verbally confirmed with me (while being recorded) that he would perform the work with [redacted] that he had previously been paid for I received a call from [redacted] last week during which I explained that [redacted] was no longer with Bison Tactical, and provided [redacted] ***'s direct contact number to *** I explained the situation, and that [redacted] had stated he would absolutely be performing the work he was paid for by *** I suggested [redacted] contact [redacted] so they could coordinate getting the work performed.After putting [redacted] in contact with [redacted] I have had no additional contact from [redacted] or [redacted] indicating any sort of problem.After receiving this complaint, I contacted ***, and requested a status update on his attempt to contact [redacted] If he is unable to contact [redacted] , I would be happy to refund his money
