I want to cancel my "subscription:" with this company. I thought I was getting a 4.95 Trial of the product one time only
Via Facebook I submitted a 4.95 trial order of moisturizers. Instead this company started a subscription for these products at a monthly cost of about 168.00; I want to immediately stop or cancel this. I have attempted to call the company at a toll free number on my billing statement with no success...."number does not exist". I want to cancel this company imposed "subscription" as soon as possible.

Desired Outcome

Cancel/stop my "subscription": for the Bisou Advanced Skin Care ageless eye serum and Revitalizing ageless moisturizer immediately. I am frustrated as I have attempted to contact Bisou on line and by phone. Neither was successful. Phone number did not exist/was not in service.

I bought business cards on vista print and in order to pay I had to try Jeune Bisou "free sample" that has cost me 500$. They are a total fraud
On July 3rd 2019 I bought an item on vista print and at check out I had to chose a free gift that I wanted to receive. I clicked the Jeune Bisou to go to the next step. I paid for my vista print purchase and I'm guessing that's where they got my card number. I checked my account activity today and they have robbed right at $500 out of my account! That is what I make in a month!!!!!! This business needs to be shut down! Also the "free sample" that was right at 100$ lit my face on fire! It's ***!

I want a full refund and for this business to not do this to people! This is highway robbery

Deceitful sales practice soliciting people thru personal email. Company does not disclose what you are signing up for or the cost.
I got an unsolicited personal email (looked like it was thru Amazon) regarding taking a survey and then picking a trail sample from 5 products after I completed the survey. I did this and selected Bisou Ageless Face Cream as a gift for someone. I expected to pay the $4.95 for shipping and handling. There was NO mention that I was enrolling in a reoccurring subscription or that I had to cancel this within 14 days (I didn't even get the product within 14 days) or that they would change my account $94 for the sample. I got the sample and my account was charged $94. This is a scam and deceitful. This company has an F rating with the Revdex.com. I called the company multiple times. Was not allowed to talk with a manager and the rep was rude and disconnected the call. I told them to cancel the "subscription" and they are NOT allowed to take anymore money from my acct. I do not trust that this will happen. I would like a refund less the shipping and handling.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to stop soliciting people thru their personal emails and have full disclosure of how their business operates. I would like a refund of what they charged less the 4.95 shipping and handling which is what I agreed to pay.

I am satisfied with refund that they said they would honor. This company used the guise of email sent from Amazon stating that I received this offer due to to recent activity on Amazon. If I completed a survey, this product was one of the options to receive and just pay shipping. Beware of this bait and switch!

I ordered a free 14 day trial, they sent another shipment that I don't want and will not refund the cost which is about 189.00
I received a message that in exchange for completing a survey I could receive a free 14 day trial for cost of shipping only. They then asked if I wanted the eye cream along with the facial cream, and I selected no. They sent both anyway. I did not request more, but they did send another shipment of both this month. I called to return it for a refund and cancel it. I was told I should have read the "small print". When I insisted the person tried to talk over me. NO refund and had difficulty canceling the shipments. they charged 189.00 for shipment and will not accept a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the amount they charged and they can have their product back. I did not open the containers, still sealed.

I'm putting this complaint because they basically lied to me with their unclear advertisement about their product.Made me think like it's a free offer
Nov 10 2017 I ordered their so called free coupon offer of BISOU ageless moisturizer cream and made me think like I have to pay for shipping fees of $ 4.97 only and it didn't mention anything about this is a 14 days free trail. Then they charged me $ 94.97 on Nov 25 2017. So I called *** on Nov.27 today and the agent said she can only cancel the future charges and not for this one. And I can't return it either since the box has been opened. THE POINT is how am I supposed to returned the product that I thought it was offered for FREE???How am I supposed to returned the product that I was never mentioned it was 14 days trial?? In the email they sent me on NOV 10, the day I made the order said

Hello after 3 times of calling them they finally refuded my money.This complaint has been settled. Thank you.

This is a scam. I paid shipping and handling for samples and the automatically deducted 200 from bank account without auth. They refused to refund me.
October 18th 2017 is the orders are. November 2nd is the date the withdrew money from my account.
