Bissette Realty Company lies to tenants. They do not fix things they have you fill out a form for. I am new to the area and had nothing but trouble.I moved into [redacted] on 2/15/15. I moved from that apartment on 3/2/15. First thing is their paperwork says I moved out 3/23/15. Not correct. When I went to the company I asked about the area. I was told it was a good area. There had been no complaints I was told. They put me in a bad area and knowingly did so. I wrote them a letter when I moved and they had [redacted] contact me because he has been doing surveilance in the area. So if they knew that then how was it a good area? So I moved. I couldn't get any sleep drug dealers walking up to me trying to sale. Anyway. I received a letter stating I owed them $672.50. I already paid $900.00 to rent an apartment for TWO weeks. They claim they cleaned the carpets. I was there TWO weeks and it had been cleaned before I moved in so there was no need in that. I think this company is very dishonest and I think being as I was lied to and they can't even fill out paperwork properly they should refund my deposit in full. I filled out a form of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in and nothing was repaired. No one even made an effort to call me.Desired SettlementI would like my deposit of $675.00 refunded. They can keep the other $250.00 I paid when I moved in.
