Dear Sirs: 5pt;">I am writing in response to a complaint that was filed with your agency on 9/21/ID # [redacted] We did receive a direct email from said customer and did respond to his compliantAs we stated to the customer, our small restaurant has open seating with a sign stating that you may seat yourselfWe often seat customers and allow them to wait for their partyWhen we tried to acquire information from the customer to determine if one of our employees was mistaken about our policy, the said customer described an “Asian Hostess"On the day the customer supposedly visited our bistro, a young male server and a blond female server was working and neither remembered the described incidentAs I stated, we do not have a person described by the customer employed at our restaurant and we do not have a hostess managing the seating eitherWe did attempt to appease the customer by inviting him back to enjoy a meal on our dime but the customer got increasingly angry leaving voice mails and emails that frankly made us uncomfortableThe customer also attempted to contact me at my second business and when he was unable to speak to me because I was teaching a class he left an inappropriate voicemail insulting my front desk girl because she is LatinoHe also contacted our landlords to file a complaint as wellAs you can imagine, we decided to cease contact with this customer as he did not seem to be responding to our attempts to rectify the situationSincerely, [redacted]
