Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The person who responded was not forthcoming with the TRUTH pertaining to my telephone call to the business in an attempt to have the matter resolved He was "very unprofessional" and also refused to provide his name and did in fact state to me "let your bank handle the problem" after I had requested that the charges be revered due to the ERRORS of OVERCHARGING $on a purchase that was only $50.00, but had been paid for using a different Debit Card He told my son that the transaction was not going through, but steadily "continued to swipe my card to the INVALID Charge of $ I don't accept the excuse he gave for not having made some kind of effort in assisting me to have the matter resolved I will definitely tell everyone I know about the horrifying experience I was forced to endure in doing business with that Company I appreciate the Bureau's attempt to assist me with having the matter resolved It appears that the matter will only be resolved by contacting Agencies that have Jurisdiction over such matters and questionable business practices because I will not accept being "ripped off" for $ In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
